This ongoing program provides professional development that will meet the unique needs of teachers and their students. The services offered will focus on the needs, learning styles, and interests of the students. This professional development opportunity will benefit teachers and students through new strategies, techniques, and tips that can be used in the classroom. These workshops will offer tools for the implementation of State standards, closing the achievement gap, creation and evaluation of assessments (formative/summative), and also meeting the needs of individual students through differentiated instruction. Schools/individuals are also encouraged to decide which areas are major focus areas. Sessions can be offered on the weekend or one on one, dependent upon the need and desire of the school/individual.
Exclusive Professional Development can be offered on how to effectively use and implement the “U.S. History Interactive Student Notebook” (2018) and "Global History Interactive Notebook"(2019). This opportunity will offer teachers and schools a pre-made curriculum that is aligned with interactive student notebooks. It is encouraged that schools purchase a class set so that students are able to use this as a reference as they prepare for the Advanced Placement in U.S. History exam or the New York State Regents Exam
